Meet Laura, Your Legal Advocate

Hi, I’m Laura Greco Naylor.
After more than 25 years in the legal world—and thousands of cases—I’ve learned that family law is about more than just legal arguments. It’s about helping real people navigate deeply personal situations with strength, strategy, and care.

I started my career as a court reporter, which meant sitting through depositions, hearings, and trials every single day. That experience taught me what makes a good attorney—and what clients really need during stressful legal battles. It’s what inspired me to become one myself.

In 2007, I became a licensed attorney in Massachusetts and Florida. Since then, I’ve helped families through all aspects of divorce, custody, alimony, property division, and prenuptial agreements—from amicable negotiations to complex litigation.

I believe in straightforward communication, honest guidance, and fighting for what matters most. I’m at home in the courtroom, but I also believe in mediation where it makes sense. I’m a proud member of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation, and when I work with clients, I meet them where they are—with empathy and a plan.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and making music. And just like you, I value the people in my life deeply—which is exactly why I fight so hard for my clients and their families.
