Meet Kevin Regan, Associate Attorney
Kevin W. Regan brings a unique and powerful blend of law enforcement leadership and legal experience to the Greco Law team.
A graduate of Northeastern University and New England Law, Kevin began his career as a Massachusetts State Trooper, where he served with distinction across a wide range of assignments. His roles included the K-9 Unit, Major Crime Unit, and the State Office of Investigations, with postings at critical locations such as Framingham, Foxboro, and Logan Airport.
During his tenure, Kevin took on a leadership role within the State Police Association of Massachusetts (SPAM)—ultimately serving as President of the Association. In that role, he was instrumental in negotiating collective bargaining agreements and led successful legislative efforts that consolidated four separate law enforcement agencies into one unified department. His work also contributed to transforming the Massachusetts State Police retirement system into one of the most favorable in the country.
Following his public service career, Kevin continued to lead in public safety at a world-class academic institution. He served as Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Police at the Harvard University Police Department, overseeing labor relations, human resources, training programs, and campus physical security.
Today, Kevin brings this deep well of discipline, negotiation skill, and strategic insight to the clients of Greco Law—particularly in cases where legal complexity intersects with high-stakes decision-making.
